WatervlietWelcome to our 2 bedroom home near the beautiful Paw Paw Lake! This charming property includes the entire home, yard, parking and MOST OF ALL SO CLOSE TO PAW PAW LAKE where you can swim, launch your kayak, paddle board or any other favorite water activity. We do not have beach or lake access but we can let you know all of our favorite spots (some as little as a mile away)!

House Rules
11:00 pm Quiet Hour
Must be 25+ up to book No Parties ($750 charge plus $200 for every person over the number on the reservation)
$1000 fee for smoking in unit/smells like smoke in the unit/parties/additional guests ($200 per extra guest/night than what was on booking reservation).
All smoking must be done 15 feet away from our front door.
If a guest does not check out on time (without approval from host to stay later) one may be charged $25/10 min over check out time (rounded up). By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $200 per unauthorized guest each night.
$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
