ColomaWelcome to our spacious 3 bedroom log cabin home next to Paw Paw River and near the beautiful Paw Paw Lake! This charming property includes the entire home, yard, ample parking and MOST OF ALL SO CLOSE TO PAW PAW LAKE where you can swim, launch your kayak or paddle board. We do not have beach or lake access but we can let you know all of our favorite spots!
Very quiet, feels remote and “in the woods” but only blocks from the grocery store and the town center (restaurants and bars).

House Rules
11:00 pm Quiet Hour
NO PETS! If any pets are brought to the home there will be a $500 fine/per night and possible eviction. This is not a pet friendly home.
No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.
Must check out by 11:00 am or will be charged $25 per 10 min past check out time (rounded up).
Must book for the total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night. Ring cameras on the exterior of the property. These do record when it captures motion. Blocking of camera will lead to eviction and $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We may require a security deposit, rental agreement and/or a picture of a Government ID.
