House Rules
10:00 pm Quiet Hour (Especially Outside) $250 fine if noise continues after a warning.
25+ to Book
No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.
Must check out by 11:00 am or will be charged $25 per 10 min past check out time (rounded up).
Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night. Ring cameras on the exterior of the property. These do record when it captures motion. Blocking of cameras will lead to eviction and $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
$500 for any unauthorized pets per night
Rental agreement, ID, and/or security deposit may be asked prior to booking
$100 deep clean fee (per pet). Pets must be disclosed to us prior to booking. NOT A FENCED IN BACKYARD.
There are 3 Ring cameras for security (front door, patio and garage). Blocking of cameras in any shape or form will lead to $1000 fine and eviction.
